PCG also participates in the “Drugs Don’t Work” program through the Dekalb County Chamber of Commerce.  This program includes a drug and alcohol program, mandatory drug testing of all new employees, random drug testing of current employees, and monthly safety meetings about drug and alcohol abuse. At PCG, we understand that safety is paramount in the construction industry today.

It is because of this industry emphasis and our own goal of having all of our employees return home safely that we are a leader in our field in terms of our safety program.  We have a full time safety consultant, Keith Badey with Bermac Risk Management, who provides our employees with all of the required training, inspects all of our safety equipment, and makes site visits to our jobsite to aid our crews in staying safe in the field.
