Fabrication Shop

PCG has upgraded to a brand new state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot metal fabrication facility and yard to meet our growth needs and keep up with our clients demands. With a fully staffed shop, we can do everything from breaking a simple piece of flashing, to fabricating the most custom projects imaginable.

Pierre Construction has recently added a second Roper Whitney AutoBrake to its shop equipment arsenal. With the addition of this touch-screen, windows-based machine, PCG can produce twice as much custom-made flashings and trims for your project.

Pierre Construction Group owns 3 portable roll-forming machines for standing seam metal roof panels. With this equipment we are able to site roll-form our panels to reduce lead-times and produce longer panels to meet the needs for larger projects.

PCG's has recently doubled its welding capacity! Now with 2 welding machines, we can be sure to quickly and accurately weld up your metal or fabric awning frame, custom aluminum entrance canopy, steel brackets, outriggers, or other custom projects.

Showroom

One of the best new features of PCG's new facility is our 500SF showroom. This one of a kind room features life-size samples of most of the products we install. Architects, owners, GC's, and developers are all welcome to stop-in and see everything Pierre Construction Group can do to make your project a sucess!

Come see all of the different roof panel profiles PCG has expertise in installing. We also have color charts and metal samples available to aid in the submittal process.

In addition to the roof panel samples, our showroom is complete with standing seam detail displays. These displays visually show the composition of such metal roof details as a ridge cap, valley flashing, gutter detail, and rake flashing.

PCG has custom made metal and fabric awnings on display in its showroom. Although two standard sizes are shown, we can weld and cover awnings of any shape and size to meet your project's requirements.

PCG also specializes in dock canopy fabrication and installation. With 3 basic canopy profiles and over 25 colors to choose from, you can be certain that we can handle your dock canopy needs.
